Should I choose an adoption lawyer?

Yes.  Adoption is complex and correct agreements between the parties are critical. Attorneys who specialize in adoption understand  the complexities of adoption law in Texas and can be an effective advocate for you with birth parents and the judiciary.

Although it is rare for an adoption to end up in a court battle, it is best to be prepared by choosing an adoption attorney who has litigation experience.
